We live in Fort Collins so we relied on Patrick to do things we would normally do had we lived closer. He did our walk thru and worked diligently making sure our objections were handled and corrected. He even went by to pick up a package that was delivered there for us. Patrick kept in constant contact about paperwork, deadlines and such. He offered his opinion which we greatly appreciated. Believe me when I say, I was filled with anxiety, fear, and hopelessness. Not only was I planning to buy a home, I also had to sell mine. We all know that it's a sellers market and finding a buyer won't be a problem. But as a seller, I had concerns. I would ask myself questions like, where are we going to live once we sell? Would we find a house in time to meet the post occupancy we're requesting? Would we even be able to find a house? Should I even sell? These are all the things I brought to Pat Robert's attention when we initially discussed taking that first step forward. When I finally sat down with Pat, he provided me with statistics, figures, comps, and most of all...a plan. He put my mind at ease and his confidence made me believe we could do it. I knew he was ready to take me on as a client and make this happen. Needless to say, we did sell our home and bought the one my wife and I fell in love with. As easy as that last sentence was to type. I know it wasn't easy for Pat and I know he worked hard. I know this because I made a lot of demands, asked a ton of questions, had a number of inquiries, and requests to see homes. But Pat was always on it. Always responsive. Always doing what he could. The ending was bittersweet. I was happy to shake his hand after our closings, but a little sad that our business has concluded.
